Delinquent Lot Rent
How do you collect delinquent lot rent? I can't see what leverage you have as a park owner to collect this. It's my understanding that to move a mobile home could cost upwards of 5K. I'm clearly missing something and would appreciate any help in understanding this scenario. Thank you
