Hi All!

Glad to be a part of this forum and find folks that are just as passionate as I am about real estate.  I am a local investor in the Philadelphia area, looking for flips and properties I can buy and rent out.   I have been following the forum for quite a bit, learned alot and love the exchange of ideas!!!
