New Member from Orange County, CA
Hey guys, I'm new here and live in Orange County CA. The only 2 deals I have done are properties that I bought as primary residences. Because I was lucky enough to be in the market in the Great Recession I got good deals and they have appreciated fairly well.
Now that I have a little bit of spare change from my small business I would like to try my hand at a few rental properties, but SoCal is too expensive for me. If I get into this I will most likely have to invest out of state. I signed up here to get ready to connect and gain some knowledge before taking the leap.
