Hello...I am excited to be a part of the BP community! I have been an investor since 2004. I am learning a lot from reading. My interests are to develop mentor investor relationships, learn about creative financing for future investments and delve more into land development geared towards multifamily housing. I live in the Denver area. My goal is to create sufficient passive income to create more free time in my life (ie go part-time at my day job : ) spending more time with my family.
