New to Real Estate investing

Hello to whom ever is reading this.  I am currently in the process of learning about real estate investing.  My initial goal is to create a passive income of 2500 dollars a month over the next couple years, but there are so many different avenues one can take that I haven't yet decided which is best for me.  At this current moment I am gathering as much information about the different aspects of real estate investing, pros and cons, ins and outs, and most importantly, where to begin.

Thank you,

Mark Aguilar
