Hello, I am new comer and anxious to get started. I'm interested in wholesaling but don't have the full knowledge or experience to feel comfortable to just jump in. I hoping there is someone in Indianapolis that has the same desires as I do. This isn't a hand out, I am willing to learn and to be asset to whom I work with.

Here in the Orlando area we have the benefit of a gentleman named Foster Algier.

Foster is a wholesaler who mentors other wholesalers, has a fantastic website, and allows his students to market their homes on his site for a very cheap fee.

Check with your local REIA and see if there is a mentor like Foster in your local area.
