Hello BP community!

My name is Kattina Famoso and have no experience in REI other than buying my first home last year which is where I reside. I've always been interested in real estate and I am at a stage in my life that I can focus on it. I am here to learn and hope to meet knowledgeable/experienced people that are in the area of Single Family Rental Housing or Condo Rentals (I live nearby a big university). Any advice or suggestions are highly welcomed. Would love to hear from all the locals.
