Investing Fix and Flip

I'm an real estate investor in rentals in Tampa area and West  Palm  Beach FL more condos.

I would like to start investing in Fix and Flipping houses. I'm open to any advice  and help on finances options when you are not in US.

A great source of properties in both areas is properties being sold by HUD.
