I focus on remodel refinance and hold in West Lansing Michigan.  I've dabbled in flipping and wholesaling.  I also carry a license with Coldwell Banker.  My 2016 plans are to jump to the commercial side and try my remodel refinance and hold structure on a 8+ apartment building or mobile home park.
