Excited for my future in real estate and thankful to have found Bp. I'm currently working a full time job and decided to invest in rentals with my dad and brother in the Louisville area. I've owned and operated a small business and am ready to apply some of those skills to managing rental properties. Hopefully within the next 5-10 years we can get into commercial real estate or larger multi unit complexes. For now we are starting small and learning what works for us.
