Newish flipper/landlord in Denver

Hi all! I'm 31 and originally from Manhattan Kansas (Kansas state grad). Moved to Denver in 2007 and currently live in Littleton, co. From 07-2014 I worked in the apartment business for a REIT called Equity Residential. The last 4 years as a property manager ranging from 200-700 unit communities. I also became interested in flipping and completed my first flip in September 2013. I left my property manager job a year ago to focus on building my own LLC. I've primarily flipped since then but I've also done some freelance property manager work, due diligence, acquisition and disposition work. I'm hoping to get my real estate license in a couple weeks and hopefully get involved as a residential broker as well. In the long run I plan to focus on buy and holds (I'd love to pick up a quad plex this year) but currently I'm focused more on flips. I love real estate and I'm really looking forward to connecting with and learning from other BP members!
