Good afternoon Bigger Pockets! I'm starting my real estate journey a year after stepping away from the insurance industry in the pursuit of financial freedom! I plan to invest in income properties that cash flow quite nicely according to my calculations. Start with some wholesale deals to get me going! I'll appreciate any insightful guidance and feedback from the community as we build wealth together one deal at a time! Cheers

If you want to start with wholesaling, might I suggest you start as bird dogging for the predominant wholesaler in your market.  You'll save yourself the learning curve and earn while you learn from him/her.
