Hello! I am a new member from the Southern Maryland area who is interested in flipping homes. I have been a REALTOR for a year now. I have business partner who is a carpenter. We have created an LLC for construction work but have always wanted to get into house flipping. We are also interested in hard money loans. I look forward to learning from all of your posts!
