I am a part-time real estate investor. I am looking to expand my current residential real estate experience into section 8 housing (with a tenant). My budget is under $50,000 per house. Looking to diversify my portfolio. Would love to meet realtors who have a special focus in section 8 housing within 3-4 hours from the DMV area.
