Hi Im Raimel from Massachussets
Hi my name is Raimel Diaz, I currently work for the Commuter Railroad in Massachusetts and own a Triplex and a single-family In which my girlfriend and I reside. Both homes are in MA.
We got into real estate in 2009 because we where tired of paying rent toward someone else's mortgage. That's how we got into our first property which is the single family. Then two years later bought the triple decker. We hit a dead end trying to figure out what to do next regarding investing after we purchased the multi-family, until we came across this page a few months ago and have been lurking since. We have been reading lots of post plus listening to the podcast hoping that we could network with people from Mass, Texas, Florida. Would like to enter the house flipping and at some point "buy and hold".
