Hi everyone! My name is Mike and I would like to introduce myself to the BP Community! My wife and I are looking to be more active in real estate investments. I have done some flips, buy and holds, management of my own rentals, lease option and seller finance, as well as mortgage lending in the past. After starting my own business, which has now been running mostly on smoothly, I would like to become more active in my real estate investments. I have recently started working with a group of local investors as well.
