Hello from Dayton Ohio!

Hello fellow knowledge hungry people! Wanted to take a few minutes to introduce myself to everyone. My name is Chris Jurgens, I live in Dayton Ohio (Born and raised in Medway to be exact) and I love knowledge and Real Estate! I have not quite settled in on a niche I want to pursue because I love it all, I can see the benefits in it all and I believe I can be good at it all! However my strong interest is in flipping and renting as well as some Realtor stuff. I will have my real estate license in may and plan on doing that on the side of my primary job (Personal Banker). If any one has some advise on some brokers to start my part time realtoring at that would be awesome!

I am knowledge hungry and always leaning! That is why I love this site so much! It brings people like me together and sometime that's hard to find! Most people are content where they are at but never me! The world is always changing and we better change with it! I also believe there is ALWAYS a better way, and I love trying to find it!
