New member from Philippines ( mindanao area)
hello everyone. I am a newbie coming from Mindanao. my current job is an OFW a seafarer to be exact. i really want to learn real estate investing for my goal to have a steady cash flow or perhaps great cash flow in the future. i want to be financially free in my set time frame. i don't want to spend my whole life being on board a ship far away from my loved ones.
