Real Estate Broker and Architect from California
Hi Everyone,
I'm an Architect turned Real Estate Broker here in Pasadena (and Los Angeles area), California. I joined Bigger Pockets on a recommendation of a friend I met in a local FIBI (for investors by investors) club. I like going to these meetups because I learn a lot from others on how they've started their businesses and I get different takes on the state of the economy.
I'm not investing just yet but I am looking to form relationships where I can help investors purchase properties and possibly list them once they are rehabbed. I feel that having an eye for architecture helps me greatly to find projects that might be interesting/profitable. I would love to meet up with like minded people on here as well. Thanks!

I'm just getting started as well and am in the Pasadena area. I'm not looking to buy a first investment property until later half of 2016 but would like to learn as much as a can and meet folks/network. I'd love to check out any networking opportunities in the Pasadena area or nearby if you know of any!
