Hello BP users. My name is Dustin and I'm just stopping in to say hello on the first stop of my journey of real estate. My goal is to own a "plex" property before the end of 2016 and live in one of the units. I've never owned a property before and I'm excited to learn everything I can from the pros!

Hi, Dustin. We live in NW ARK, too. I have been pouring over the website, podcasts and webinars for several months. You will find so much info and support here! I would also like to invite you to the local REI meetings. They are a great local source of like-minded people with all different connections in the investing part of real estate. The meetings are the 2nd Tuesday of the month (tonight) at the Courtyard Marriott in Fayetteville. Tonight is not a regular "meeting" but vendors (insurance, real estate agents, property managers, etc.) It will be a good way to make some connections before you make the first step of purchasing.
