I have been a real estate investor in Baltimore and surrounding areas for over 20 years.  I have done all types of investing from residential single family units to large apartment complexes, strip malls, warehouses, office buildings, etc. I have owned, sold, managed, flipped over 1,000 through the years. We currently put that experience and expertise to work for other investors managing their units.  I am interested in all types of real estate.
