I got into real estate investing in 2006. Bought my first multi family and lived in it to save up more cash. Since then, I've flipped some properties and bought some rentals. After doing that for a while, I realized that I loved real estate and wanted to help others. So I became a real estate agent and now I get to help others and myself!
