Hello,

My name is Colin and I am new to the area of Scottsdale. I just graduated from Western Washington University in Bellingham, WA with a degree in financial economics. I now work in the finance industry and am looking to pickup real estate investing as a side hobby. I heard about this website from, "The Book on Flipping Houses" by J Scott.
