Looking to Invest in rental property

Hello

I'm looking to invest in my first rental property.  The market in Virginia is much more expensive, so I've been looking at Baltimore.  I welcome any advice to help along the journey.

make sure you know your neighborhood. Remember you also get what you pay for.

I would recommend if you are not experienced to take advantage of the site and all that it offers.

Put a plan together first as well.

Good luck
