Central Kentucky Newbie
My name is Billy Dengel and I am in central Kentucky and just trying to figure out how to do all this investing stuff. I'm tired of doing the same things over and over and expecting different results when it comes to working for someone else. Working as an RN full time, I only work 3 or 4 days a week and have a lot of free time that I can use learning the ropes of real estate investing. My initial focus will be flipping and selling and buying multi-family rental homes. What do I have to lose? I'd like to retire by the time I'm 45.
