Hello Bigger Pockets members,

I guess I should introduce myself. My name is Matt Barker and my family and I live near Joplin, MO. I have spent the last several months using any free time I have to educate myself on the world of real estate investing. My primary interest at this point is to buy single family rental homes that produce positive cash flow and go from there.

At this point I am not sure where to start here on this forum as there seems to be a LOT of information to read. So wish me luck as I begin to navigate this site. Thank you.
