Hello everyone,

Just started this week; my wife and I are looking at wholesaling in Louisiana.  I've asked two attorneys who said it was legal, so we thought about starting there.  Any advise for two newbees?  I was also wondering, what's the best 100%, No money down hard money lender?   Ed & Darla
