Keyword Alert "Marketplace Only"

Hey guys,

 I am a new member to BP and am thinking about committing to a Pro account. Just have a quick question about the "Marketplace Only" in key alerts.

I live in Montana and I was wondering if I upgraded to a Pro Account, and lets say I type in the keyword alert "Meet Up" or "Duplex" then click on the box that says "Marketplace Only", will that filter to where I only see people who want to meet up or are talking about duplex's in Montana or other Montana cities I choose, or will I still be alerted to members who have the same keyword alerts throughout the nation?
