Hey everyone, 

I am a current graduate student at IU Bloomington (JD/MBA) finally finishing in May and starting a full-time job in Indy after graduation. I am really interested in real estate investing in Indy and am looking to make my first deal. 

I used to have my own wood flooring business and have been involved with flooring and construction since I was young. Looking to get into the actual real estate business instead of contracting. Looking for great opportunities for rehabs and for building a nice portfolio of cash-flowing rentals.
