Hi everyone,

Glad to join and I'm excited to be here and meet others with similar interests. I'm interested in out-of-state rentals, particularly looking to buy foreclosures in KY and Indiana. Starting from zero experience and my goal is to grow to $10,000/month income flow. I'm looking forward to meeting you all.
