Newby from Newark, NJ
Hi, my name is Candi Rivera and I'm from NJ, currently living in Newark. I have worked in the Human Resources field for the past 10 years, almost all of my jobs have been in either retail or Corporate America. I have zero experience in the RE industry. What sparked my interest in REI was reading Robert Kiyosaki books a few months ago, which led me to seek more knowledge/education on the industry. I'm eager to learn all of the different exit strategies. My ultimate goal is to create time and financial freedom. My brother, who is a contractor in NC and also getting into REI referred me to BP. Initially, I'm looking to start off with finding some deals I can Wholesale, only because it's seems to be the less complex strategy for a newby (I could be wrong) but I would eventually want to do some Rehab & Retails for a quick turn and Buy & Hold for cash flow.
