Hi BiggerPockets family!

I'm a new investor in Miami. I'm currently rehabbing my first flip while holding down a day job (social media marketing). Next up is probably a multi-family property. 

This site is a gem and I'm thankful for all of the members who've shared their knowledge and experience to help out the community.
