Hello Bigger Pockets,

My name is Grayson and I'm very excited to have found this community. I've only just gotten here but this looks like a great resource for advancing my career in Real Estate!

I have residential rental units in San Diego California and Bend Oregon. I am currently working abroad with goal of saving up enough capitol to move back to Bend and get into new home development. I've got big dreams but I know that I have a long ways to go. One of my first goals is to start managing my own rental properties and to work under my father-in-law (and mentor) in real estate development.

I look forward to networking with other real estate professionals in Bend Oregon and across the country. I hope to form mutually beneficial relationships where we can learn from each others successes and mistakes.
