Hello, my name is Joe Long.  I'm a local investor that specializes in multi-family investing in the Corning area.  I've had success over the last 5 years in all aspects of real estate investing.  I've purchased, flipped, repositioned, held and sold multiple properties.  I currently own 24 properties and over 50 units.... I'm looking to grow that number rapidly!
