New Member in San Francisco

Greetings from a recently (yet infrequently) sunny San Francisco. 

The number one reason that I have joined this community is to learn from all of the content until I can invest in my first property, and then return the favor with the experience I gain. 

I hear that the Bay Area is a particularly tricky market for any type of real estate, so I am working with my good friend in Los Angeles area to broaden the available market and land our first deal.
