Good morning,

I am new to real estate investing and interest in learning all the different avenues, to see what fits me.  My initial interest has been flipping houses, but being on here has opened my eyes to many new avenues of real estate investing.  I have been thinking about this for a while but didn't know where to begin.  I have been listening to Podcast and coming across a lot of wonderful information.   Excited to learn as much as I can.

Hi Sylvia, I'm new here as well. I am a contractor just starting a project for someone who is flipping.  I did his first flip a year ago.This is a great place to learn. Best wishes for your journey.
