My name is Nicholas Patricio and I am a student at UCF looking into learning as much as I can about real estate. My goal is to learn as much as possible so I can start real estate investing as soon as possible, I'm currently looking into "House Hacking" to be able to get a house near UCF and rent out the other rooms to live potentially rent free! I hope to learn a whole lot in this forum and I am excited for anyone's input.
