Newb investor from Delco Pa
My name is David H. I`m an aspiring buy and hold investor from Delaware county pa. A little about me:
Shortly before coming across bigger pockets I bought my first and only investment property a duplex that was in foreclosure. I bought it to find out that there were some things I missed during the home inspection process. But I am thankful for my opportunity. I bought into equity which I have tapped into using a HELOC and that money will be used to do a minor rehab and with some of the funds left over I am looking to expand into another duplex in my area. I have learned so much from blog post, the forums and all of you I figured it was time to say Hello. Thanks for allowing me to join your awesome group. And I look forward to learning so much more.
