My wife and I just started our real estate investment company. We are going through Fortune Builder's Jumpstart Program.

Hey there, welcome. Based on what I've heard I'd think twice about Fortune Builders and their incredibly expensive programs and massive up-selling.  BP and the people you'll meet here likely offer everything they do and more at no cost. You can then go out and use the 10, 15, 25K or whatever they're trying to sell on a down payment.
