It's time to realize my dream of investing in real estate. My wife and I are looking to try our hands at a flip along with another couple bringing to the table complimentary skills to our own. We have the foundation of a strong team and are looking to build our broader team and network. We're going to cut our teeth on a single flip and reassess.

Thanks for the responses. We're looking in Valpo, Chesterton, Hobart, and Portage areas. We're looking at a mix of contractor and our own work as the reno schedule would permit.

Welcome Michael! I live in Chesterton and we just bought out first duplex for buy and hold income property. My wife has expressed interest in doing a flip as well. Maybe we can get together for lunch and discuss some time. Best of luck on your flip!
