Builder/Investor in Denver, Colorado

Hi,

I just found this site and am excited to join other passionate investors here.

I bought 5 rental properties near Denver back in the late 80's and rented them for 10 years, and I would love to get back into a buy-and-hold situation with at least that many SFH properties (although I may explore small multi-family plexes as well).

My profession is builder/renovator, and I've been doing it for 35 years. Perhaps I will have some scrape-and-build opportunities through this connection (I did two right before the recession, as the general contractor, and loved it).

I live in Parker, Colorado with my wife and two children, and I am a huge Dallas Cowboys fan (Broncos are #2).
