@Richard Markray Welcome to BP!   Checkout the Podcasts when you have some time.  There is a wealth of knowledge on there.  I am addicted :)    

Let me know if you have any questions about the St. Louis market or if you are seeking deals here.  I come across deals from time to time and have been networking with as many wholesalers as possible the last few weeks.
