Greetings Bigger Pockets Calgary members

I operate in the inner city, usually SW side, currently building small townhouse projects in great neighbourhoods with exceptional specifications and great prices.  I am always on the lookout for more land (zoned mc), and I often require capital to finish my projects (low leverage).  Thanks.
