Hey All,

Paul Ferraro here. I'm a long time real estate investor new to the site. My experience has pretty much covered it all,rentals,buying,selling ,rehab,building,condo converstion. I have worked as a real estate agent and very fimilar with program such as 203k funding. Currently looking to put my experience back to work after a bankruptcy discharge and thought this would be a good place to start. Looking forward to meeting people I can help and that can help me
