Hello Everyone,

My name is Rabab Arastu and I am a nursing student, new to the real estate world.  I am interested in investing in multifamily properties in Houston, TX. If you have any tips or advice on how to get started that would be greatly appreciated. (:

Welcome to BP, @Rabab Arastu. My advice would be to start reading blogs on here, listen to the podcasts, and ask questions on the forum. Don't spend any money quite yet. There's enough to be learned for free. You can start with this free beginner's guide.
