Hello BP, I've posted several times on the forums but never formally made a proper introduction. I've been in the Clearwater/Safety Harbor area for about 10 years now and first began looking for properties to flip/buy-hold in Dec. of 2014. Since then I have rehabbed two small properties and came out pretty well considering my lack of experience and knowledge. I would love to get together for lunch or coffee (my treat, of course) and run some ideas by someone more seasoned than me. I'm currently working on my business plan for flips/buy-holds, and even lending, for 2016 and beyond. I appreciate all the information i've already gleaned for you guys and look forward to growing with the community. - Steve
