Hi Tim! I am from High Point,NC, just beginning the journey in how to become a real estate investor. I educating myself first before start investing, I will purchase my first home, multifamily and live in it for a while just to get my first experience in becoming a landlord. my goal once I get my first home is to get one multifamily property per year. please if you like to share with me any meet up group that you attend so I can begin to join.
