Hello all,

I've been lurking around for a few years but am now getting close to retirement and will become more active on BP. I've dabbled in rental properties while in my home state of Alaska and I've bought 2 houses and sold one here in Houston so far. I have always enjoyed doing real estate deals and having picked up some knowledge along the way through books and experiences, I readily recognize the huge amount of valuable information available in this online community. I look forward to making friends here and learning from all of you.
