Hello everyone. My name is Daniel Adams and I am a new member here at Bigger Pockets. I plan to be a part time real estate investor. I hope to purchase a live in flip within the next 6 months and rent out my current home. I am excited to learn from everyone here and build great connections for a successful investing career.
