Hi! I found BiggerPockets though /r/realestate and decided to join and sign up for an account.

I started last year when I bought into my friend's duplex. Since then I picked up another duplex from my coworker last month and am currently working on a new deal through conventional financing.

Each deal was so unique so I've been on my toes the entire time. And you know what? It's been pretty great so far.
